This web site is specially designed and dedicated to all the residence of orissa and the Oriyas around the world. It extends its’ facilities to other parts of India and open to all the children and people of the whole world.

                                        AIM AND OBJECTIVES OF GSEO

    The objectives for which the Organisation is established shall be divided into two
           Categories: Such as General Objectives and Specific/Particular objectives.

  1. To give free science education to children, students and awareness to the general 
    public for the popularization of science and technology.
  2. All latest development in the field of science and technology to make known in all most all    available in the recent and the ancient world.
  3. Mobile unit will visit different parts and set up scheduled programmes.
  4. It will hook up all NGOs and science popularization organisations to make our programme  grand success and receive guidelines for better performance and systematic development.
  5. To utilize extra fund for the stipend of poor scholars and book bank.
  6. Award will be given for the unlimited contributions for the society.
  7. To celebrate special science days and photo exhibition of scientists and relevant talk.
  8. To join People’s Science Network to share the views and experience with other people’s  science movements all over India.
  9. General Objectives of the Organisation is to organize and undertake socio-economic, socio-culture and socio-spiritual activities in Rural, slum and urban Area for ALL ROUND DEVELOPMENT of the Society.
  10. To develop qualities, leadership among the people and to inculcate a positive attitude towards life and society.
  11. To organise different culture, physical and recreational activities for promoting character sound health, discipline, co-operative enterprise, social service and public co-operation.
  12. To promote justice, peace and co-operation among the people.
  13. To encourage the young people for self-employment by imparting a number of Vocational Trainings.
  14. To form new branches/ wings such as women wing, cultural wing etc. to enhance the scope of the society.
  15. To make rules and bye-laws for the organisation and to amend vary or rescind them from time to time.
  16. To encourage the farmers to use organic manure such as compost to maintain the natural fertility of the soil.
  17. To encourage the farmers for modern farming by using modern farming equipment and materials.
  18. To undertake such steps which will supplements the income of the farmers, such as Fishery, Poultry, Beekeeping, Piggery, Diary, Mushroom & Flory Culture and Medicinal Plants etc.
  19. To under take various Educational programmes like Audit Literacy, Non-Formal Education, Condensed Course, Correspondence Course, Primary Education, Pre-Schooling Education, etc. and to open and conduct separate centers for different courses.
  20. To make Educational programmes like family planning, Remedial Education, Milk feeding,Nutrition Education, Balwadies, Community Health for Social improvement.
  21. To organize seminars and programme cater to nationality accepted values such as democracy, secularism, socialism, pride in Indianness, Human values and cultural heritage etc.
  22. To educate youth for protection and preservation of Environment and Forest and to maintain ecological balance.
  23. To undertake steps which will help conservation of wild lifes, animals, forests and natural resources, to maintain ecological balance.
  24. To undertake all such activities which will promote physical, mental, and spiritual health of the people.
  25. To organise activities for promoting general health of children, orphan pregnant and expectant mother and rehabilitate the distress and disabled persons.
  26. To open and manage Old Age Home and provide the minimum health facilities.
  27. Self-employment programmes is meant for both unemployed boys and girls. Thereby they will be encouraged and trained regarding Fishery, Animal Husbandry, Poultry, Piggery, Mushroom Culture and Beekiping etc.
  28. To encourage the people for self-employment by imparting a number of vocational trainings.
  29. To encourage and facilities Handicrafts which in turn may solve the unemplyments.
  30. To undertake all such steps which will promote sports activities among the boys & girls in rural and slum areas.
  31. To undertake such steps by opening “SPORT COMPLEX” in rural areas to encourage and strengthen sports, games, Gymnasium, (by reviving JAGAGAHAR/AKHADA CULTURE), Athletic Activities among boys and girls.
